We are looking for a Head Chef to run our kitchen.
MESH is the first co-working space in Norway and, with 10,000m2 and 950 active members, the leading independent initiative for Norwegian entrepreneurs. The site provides a Backyard café and bar, inspiring event space, work lounge, meeting rooms, curated memberships, and flexible offices uniquely for creators wanting to change status quo.
As the Head Chef, you will play a key role in building our culinary concept and be in full charge of the kitchen staff. You will have flexible working hours with limited evening and weekend work.
We can offer a inspiring and challenging job for a quality conscious Head Chef. You will have responsibility for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving in the Backyard café and bar and cater up to 300 events per year, were many are high profile clients.
We are looking for a Head Chef that can master logistics, finances, shift planning as well as ambitious and creative cooking. You are financially aware and stay focused on optimization and bringing down food waste. You are familiar with suppliers and negotiation with these.
